At Lotus Flower Om we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the below regarding our return and exchange policy.

  • All products and services purchased are nonrefundable.
  • If order is received with any shipping damage, please advise within 3 days of receipt and include pics of product damage.  Upon review, we will initiate a USPS claims to either reimburse you so that you may plae another order or reimburse LFO so a replacement can be sent.  Any returns for any other reason, must be authorized and then  postmarked no later than within 7 days from date of delivery to be EXCHANGED. Please ensure that items are returned unused.
  • All exchanges must be in their new and original condition. Items that are not in new and original condition will not be exchanged. If an Item has inventory unavailable for exchange, customer will be offered a credit towards the purchase of another item or for a future order once item comes back into stock.
  • All exchanges must have a valid online invoice.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Lotus Flower Om, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
