With a very classic Tibetan design, the Unique Om Mani Padme Hum Tibetan Gong Tingsha Cymbals have a dazzling smooth surface and the Om Mani Padme Hum on each Tingsha. Traditionally used by Tibetan Buddhists to mark the beginning and end of meditation, they are also used by a Buddhist master to bring a student back into focus.

The first word Om is a sacred syllable found in Indian religions. The word Mani means “jewel” or “bead”, Padme meaning the “lotus flower”, the Buddhist sacred flower, while Hum represents the spirit of enlightenment.
